Refund Policy:
Made On the Rez is committed to your satisfaction. If you are in any way dissatisfied with an order, we will do our best to resolve the problem.
If we are unable to handle the resolution to your satisfaction, we will refund
the purchase price of the product.
It is important that before you send us anything back, that you contact us
for a RMA (returned merchandise authorization). Returning a product without
an RMA may delay or make it impossible for us to issue a refund.
Refunds for returns that were not due to our error may incur a restocking fee.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we ship you a damaged item or
you are sent the wrong item.
Problems are rare, but when they happen, we aim to make you happy.
